LWML Nebraska District-South is Accepting
Mission Grant Applications for the 2010 Convention

An individual member, society, zone, district board, or synodical board may submit grant proposals.  The deadline for the grant application is December 15, 2009.  The form is available as a document or pdf file.
LWML Short-term Mission Challenge:
At the February 2008 LWML Board of Directors meeting, President Janice Wendorf issued a challenge to the LWML’s 40 districts to each send two short-term mission teams into the mission field by March 2010 in support of our missionaries and partner churches.

At the 34th Biennial Convention of the Nebraska District-South LWML a Mission Grant goal of $90,000 was adopted. The elected delegates selected 10 mission grants to be funded with the $90,000 during the 2008 - 2010 biennium.  All societies are encouraged to collect and send mites to the District Financial Secretary each month.  We pray the Lord would continue to bless our Mites that we may continue to be a blessing to others.
